Our lab developed multiple tools (section or whole-mount immunofluorescence or in situ hybridisation, anterograde or retrograde labelings, chick embryonic spinal cord electroporation, organotypic culture of slices of chick embryonic spinal cord combined to time-lapse imaging, Matlab-based quantitative analysis of the distribution of spinal neuronal populations, ...) for phenotypic analyses of the developing spinal cord in chick and in mouse embryos.
