I offer expertise to create digital 3D models in OpenSCAD (www.openscad.org) that you can send to a 3D printer to get a real object printed. OpenSCAD works by creating the object from geometrical shapes using a script; this means objects can be easily changed (e.g. dimensions) by changing a bit of the script. This is not adequate to create a model of an existing complex object, which would be more easily done using a 3D scanner. If your object can be constructed using geometrical shapes, I can -very likely ;) - make it.
