Incize is the power house of RF and nonlinear characterisation and modelling of materials and devices built on Si or similar substrates. Our customers are typically: - Wafer providers - Pure play foundries - Fabless and design houses - MEMS fabless Our services include the measurement, characterisation and modelling (physical and SPICE-like) of the following: - Non-linear behaviour such as harmonic distortion and intermodulation distortion with capabilities of injecting an input power up to 40 dBm and measure harmonics as low as -145 dBm. - RF behaviour for a wide frequency range: 0 to 220 GHz including normal and pulsed S-parameters measurements. - Crosstalk through substrates over a wide frequency range. - Self-heating of active devices using innovative RF techniques to overcome limitations of pulsed measurements. - Wide range of environment temperature (4 K to 600 K) - Radiation hardness of material and devices using state of the art cyclotron sources for heavy ions, protons neutrons and gamma sources. - RF noise for frequency varying from 0.8 to 75 GHz. - Flicker noise for frequency range of 1 Hz to 100 kHz. - Load-pull characterisation for frequency from 0.8 to 50 GHz. We also have experts in TCAD simulations for all the above mentioned fields. The design and fabrication of test structure could also be assured by our highly qualified staff in order to provide the optimised test structure for a well defined Figure of Merit.
